Thesis title: Maintenance and Rectification of the Legal Relationships of the Major Actors of the Islamic Corporate Governance
Mazin Hassan is a Sudanese from north part of Sudan neighboring Egypt. He holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, and a Masters degree in Comparative Laws from Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has been appointed as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum since January, 2019. He is interested in Shariah and Islamic studies. Currently, he is doing Ph.D in Islamic Governance at institute of Policy Studies, Universiti Brunei Darussalam under UBD Graduate Scholarship.
